I was coming home around 1am this morning from a friend's house after being at work all day, when I decided I was going to pull into a gas station and purchase a coke. As I'm approaching the turn for the C store I pass a black SUV police cruiser that I see in my rear view begin to do a u-turn. I haven't been drinking or speeding so I think nothing of it as I pull into the gas station. As I walk inside I see this cruiser pull into the parking lot, driving by real slow as if he is looking for someone. I then watch him pull into a space on the far end of the parking lot before backing out and proceeding to drive back across the parking lot and park beside my car. Upon noticing this and realizing it is a holiday weekend I mentioned to the cashier that I think this cop is following me and obviously looking to get me for anything. As I'm standing there talking to the cashier and paying for my shite, this customer at the counter starts asking me why I would think that, to which I explain that I've had issues with them doing shite like this before.

As I'm walking out the door to my car, the female customer is walking in front of me. When the cops waved her over and I heard them ask her about me, I knew something was up. Since I knew I hadn't done shite I decided to sit in my car and not leave the gas station. I wasn't going to give them the excuse they wanted to pull me over. So I sat there for at least 15 minutes playing on my phone and listening to music, before finally saying frick it, I'm leaving. As I back out, the cruiser immediately backs out with me, but luckily for me a car got between me and them and gave me enough time to get the quarter mile down the road to my house. The cop then races into my neighborhood just a few seconds behind me and then sits and watches me for two or 3 minutes..

At this point I'm fricking pissed. I'm being watched, and followed like some POS criminal and all I'm trying to do is go home. Thinking it's best I call and make some sort of compliant, I call the police station (like a dumbass) and explain whats going on. The dispatcher then tells me she is going to send the sheriff over to get my complaint. However, when this a-hole arrives he starts telling me no one is following me or watching me and no one followed me home and sat 50 feet from my driveway for 2 or 3 minutes watching me. He also says the customer in the store is an off duty dispatcher and said I was bad mouthing cops.

So I tell him thanks for wasting my time, I'm done talking to him, and I proceed to get my stuff out of my car to walk in the house. It was then he said again that I needed to stop being so paranoid and imagining things, to which I responded "frick you". At this point he decided to be the bitch and arrest me in my own driveway, saying I was disturbing the peace at 130 almost 2 am.

So I am now a criminal. I got booked, finger printed and placed in a cell before posting a 500 dollar bond and being released. After he had his little dick measuring contest, I jogged 3 miles back to my house at 4am. My only regret is not asking him shouldn't he be off shooting a dog somewhere instead of wasting his time arresting me.
