Me and my roommate wanna get U-Verse. Just TV and Internet Bundle. Does the basic package come with DVR and HD as well as SECN? What's the cheapest one of the bundles?

Would like to get HBO as well, how much extra would that cost?

Online was very vague and didn't really give much info.

TIA

I can't help you with which package to get. I can tell you I switched from Cox to U-verse and love it. Product is far superior and monthly bill is lower.

if you want to have the SECN then you'll have to get the U300. I just got Uverse about a week ago and it's been great so far. Ask for HBO/Cinemax free for the first 3 months.

U200 gets SECN in SEC states. Hbo is $18/month I believe.

I want to say my U300 is about $120 for TV and internet. But with ATT, you can't just have one box like with Cox. So I had to get 3 boxes. But it's nice having HD and DVR in all rooms. It might have been cheaper with less tv's. Not sure though.

1) Google: at&t uverse

2) Search the packages they offer

3) Reach your own conclusion.

Seriously, how do some of you people function in this day and age?

It's a joke that HBO costs $18.00 a month.

Not worth it

because they want you on the phone.

I had to threaten a Comcast guy with his supervisor to get a quote on service without landline phone on Sunday.

Call and ask for the promotional prices. I call once or twice a year.
