Or is it in a parish at all?

It borders at least three parishes, so I guess they all can claim parts of it.

The Orleans/ St Tammany line is mid twin span

I thought maybe St Tammany too. Google maps doesn't show that though.

Yeah. They have maps that show where the parish lines run through Lake P.

6 parishes even though people from St. Tammany and Jefferson like to think they are the only ones.

The State has some jurisdiction over the Lake bottoms. Ask the folks who used to dredge clam shells. As with errything else in Louisiana there is the opportunity for several layers of administration to peel off some tribute.

I miss those, they used to make for some good driveway material.

As a creationist, my family doesn't believe in Lake Ponchatrain.

Iberia Parish
The best parish of them all. We cut that shitty St. Martin Parish in half.
