Simple solution...cops should have cameras in vehicles and on their person at all times on duty. Get rid of sovereign immunity...if u frick up on duty its your arse and you're subject to the same penalties a citizen would be in the same situation. That eliminates the power trip of those knowing they can abuse the public without repercussion and makes it a true position of public service.
