PRob is not the answer. I am hoping they can address this with a trade. If not, it will be a problem all year. Corey White is not the answer either.

I think Robinson has played pretty well

Our safeties are so much better this year, they are going to make our corners look pretty damn good

ETA: Now if Lewis misses time for any reason, then we are in trouble

Lewis NEEDS to stay healthy. PRob is fine on the outside. Thursday was Vanilla D and he was playing off coverage only giving up underneath routes. That will change in the regular season.

PRob was actually the nickel to start last year and could have eventually passed up Greer(who struggled at times).

If White has to be on the outside then yes we are screwed. Guy is pure nickel material.

I agree. Safety play will hide some of the weakness back there.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure we're going to run a LOT of looks with Byrd sitting up there ready to help out the guys on the outside. Not worried.

Robinson I not a bad #2 in Ryan's scheme. You need to chill.

What's the word on this Dimitri Patterson cat? 4 INTs in only 6 games last season with the Dolphins. Dont know much about him except that he went AWOL with the Jets

He's staying with the Jets and will be a starter(unless something changed last minute). His "punishment" was sitting the last preseason game.

Edit:
Well scratch that. I see he got released. Maybe they knew they were going to release him and that's why his "punishment" was so light.

Not a good fit in our locker room though.

PRob doesn't look any worse than before.

but not any better either. I hope its just him holding back some during preseason but I doubt it.

he is coming off a major injury though so maybe it will take more time for him to feel comfortable.

I edited. I'm assuming that's why he got the joke punishment.

@JeffDuncan_: As I've said throughout camp, CB is Saints' biggest question mark. Can not afford an injury to Keenan Lewis. Would be devastating.

JazzyJeff is stealing things from TD again.

I don't see how CB is a bigger ? than ILB.

At least we have one great CB.

Right. ILB has no great player and I actually think Humber and Knox are better than our other starter(even if more inconsistent).

Though if ranking defensive position groups I do think it would go(worst first) ILB, CB, OLB, NT, S, DE(last two being very close).
