I've been telling you this for years. If you like blue cheese dressing, try that one, too.

Woman, you have never once told me this dressing was as good as a set of perky D cups. Had you, I'd been wallowing in it long ago. And I do love bleu cheese dressing, so I'll try it.

Have you tried the bleu cheese creole dressing I posted in the Recipe Book?

Geez, Otis, I would never describe that way as you know as I have decorum and dignity. I've been writing about that dressing for years. It's okay if you don't read my posts. You just miss out on good stuff.

Your memory is fading, Otis. Try the Cousin's. It's more traditional for a good wedge.

Cousin's Creole Tomato Dressing Clone

Here is my copycat recipe. The original product only listed these 4 ingredients, but now the formula has been changed to prolong shelf life (according to a friend that knows the maker). The raw garlic gives the dressing a nice "bite". This dressing is great as a veggie dip, with crab cakes or on a salad.

4 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup peeled garlic cloves
1 Tbs black pepper

1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

Gosh, your memory is going. I made it but changed it up to suit my tastes. You got mad. Used it on fried oysters.

You should never, ever modify one of my creations. The gin must have muddled your palate...or mind.

They had a tasting of this stuff at the Brookshires in Shreveport yesterday. I bought some of the spinach dressing from them. I tried the creole tomato, blue cheese and the salsa. All were excellent. $6 for a jar but I would pay that for any of them. Great stuff!
