Yeah, but sometimes it's worth complaining about something.
You can't just throw a wrench in real capitalism by burning through a competitor's product. In this case, drivers and time (cancelled rides).

Ya you can. It's up to YOU as a consumer, to take this information and decide if you care or not, and choose Luft or Uber in the future.
All of this is "real" capitalism.
