Why is the NATO summit being held in Cardiff?

Although Americans normally think of London as the capital of Islam in the UK (Londonistan), Cardiff is the main recruiting ground for Islamic terrorists in the UK. The police are tracking over 200 terrorist recruiters (source: guy I know who works in the Cardiff police force), and a number of Cardiff's Muslims have already joined ISIS and are over in Iraq and Syria. Cardiff is seriously the last place in the UK that the summit should be held.

I would also like to know why NATO/the police think the best way to protect the summit is to encircle the city centre with a giant fence.

Cardiff city centre has been turned into a high security ‘prison’ with 10 miles of fencing - which is being dubbed the ‘ring of steel’ - ahead of the Nato conference next week.

It is not yet known how much the bill for security will cost but it is expected to be published by the Government after the event.
