Rate my auction draft

12 team PPR league. It was my first auction draft. I saw a lot of guys use 60% of their money on 2-3 guys and the rest of their teams were crap. So I figured I could hold out and have lots of trade bait, especially Tom Brady.

Just being honest but your team is pretty mediocre outside of Brees of course. With a $225 budget, you should have been able to come away with a better starting rb or wr than what you have. Welker and Gore both have question marks this year.
My advise is to try to find a trade partner for Brady immediately, otherwise that's just an additional $20 you wasted that you could have used on a better skill player.

Ok, So I agree that my position players are average. So I've put a couple feeler trades out there. Let me know what you think:
Tom Brady and Marques Colston for CJ - guy has Big Ben as his QB.
Jordan Reed and Steve Smith for Antonio Brown - Martellus Bennet is his TE and he's already sent me another trade offer for Reed.
If I can pull off one of these two trades in some fashion, even if not for these exact players I feel comfortable with my RB by committee approach especially in PPR league

Yes. Chris Johnson. Sorry didn't clarify. I off course would give more than Steve Smith for Antonio Brown, but if he accepts it I'll be glad I didn't. He offered me crap for Reed and considering he feels he needs a TE, I'll see what I can get for him.

this is not a good team with very poor spending choices. you overpaid for most of your roster, and you could've gotten better players for the same costs

No one listened to me so I had to make sure everyone noticed my team! Well, since you clearly feel the need to have your team evaluated, here we go: You spent way too much on QBs, and QBs make terrible trade bait so that was retarded. Your WRs are terrible. Beyond terrible, actually. Your only good RB is Vereen, and he's an injury risk. You spent way too much on Hyde. You got two TEs that will be in the bottom half of the top 10. I give your shitty team a shitty D-.

Well good luck man. You sadly will be in for a long season with a lot of Ls.
Also trading Brady for Chris Johnson won't help you much either. You may want to consider trading Brees to net you a couple quality players.

1. It does make me feel better about myself.
2. At least I don't feel the need to call attention to myself when no one listens the first time.
3. Your team still blows.
