It really sucks. I know I had him 86 years, but it wasn't enough. I last talked him Sunday, and we were talking LSU football, like we did every Sunday. God I will miss that. He donated his body to LSU for science. Has anyone had any experience with donation?

I'm very sorry for your loss.

My Dad was the recipient of a donor kidney 5 years before he died.

So I can tell you about how much the quality of his life improved because of a Donor.

God Bless and Comfort you.Be there for others in your family.

Never good to lose a parent. Lost my mom at 57 suddenly jan 2013. Ain't been right sense. She called me every morning on my way to work to talk for a bit.
My mornings have been empty since. Prayers go out to you my friend. Stay positive and keep the good memories flowing. Helps me a bit.

Sorry to hear that man. It's one of my biggest fears and I know the time grows shorter.

I lost my dad at 45 to a car accident and the thing I miss most is watching Lsu football with him every Saturday while he throws the remote and curses while pacing the house.I still to this day prefer to watch Lsu football games alone now. Good luck with your grieving and I hope you find peace with him gone. I'm very sorry for your loss. Prayers for you my friend.

Sorry for your loss. Lost my dad at 82 two years ago. You must reflect on the good times.
