Because most of us will switch over once the early games are done.

Curious if the Pirates team will improve this year

WAZZU's defense is terrible.

Came to say the same thing. Looks like we are going to get a good finish as well.

Damn, I am legitimately scared to play Rutgers this year. They look good in all phases of the game.

Granted it's Wazzu (though improving), it is no easy task to ask an east coast team to travel west and play well past 1AM local time back east.

That being said, Wazzu was just terrible against both the run and pass in 2013. Looking to be the same in 2014. Personally, I'll hold off on my judgments regarding Rutgers.

Rutgers gets Penn State and Navy in September, neither of which will be guaranteed wins. They then have a six game stretch in the middle/latter part of the season that includes Ohio State, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Michigan. Hell, a healthy Tevin Coleman on Indiana makes the Hoosiers a viable candidate to pull off a win against Rutgers.

Without much analyzing on my part, I'd guess seven wins is Rutgers' ceiling in 2014.

7 wins and a bowl will be a good first season in the big ten.

Big win last night, nova still sucks though. Paul james is a good running back, itll be interesting to see how both lines match up with big ten foes.

Paul James is excellent. Nova inconsistent at best. Flood needs to recruit better and keep kid sin state. Best player 2014 going to Bama next year. Last yeat peppers went to Michigan. Franklin at Penn State will swoop in and clean up too.
