Picked up the RCA Pro 10 last week for $99 at WalMarks.
quote:

The new Google Certified, RCA Pro10 Edition tablet will change the way you think about traditional tablets, in a good way. Powered by a Quad Core processor and 1GB of RAM; the Pro10 has plenty of power to run all of your favorite Google Play apps, movies or games, ensuring the best user experience Android’s 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system has to offer.

The beautifully clear 10” display will have you thinking you’re a part of the show. The Pro10 Edition also features an included keyboard and KingSoft® Office, making this the perfect tablet for work or play. On-board storage isn’t an issue either with 16GB of flash storage for pictures, apps and multi-media. The Pro10 Edition comes nicely bundled in a sharp, vinyl folio case, making it easy to tote and protecting it from wear and tear.

No complaints so far. Had to dl Swype. Haven't tried the keyboard yet. Should be cheap for XMas.

I have yet to see a decent tablet under $400.

My Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 works great, better than my iPad and iPad Mini. I bought it at Best Buy for $280.

I don't think RCA is even a company any more other than a brand for imports.

But good news for consumers
