No one can hear me on my S5. What am I doing wrong?

No one can hear me speaking on my phone. Is there some kind of adjustment I can make or do I just need to continue to yell when speaking to someone?

there is no adjustment.
Do you have it connected to a bluetooth device? Mine sometimes goes to my Garmin, which is a pain.
