Awesome.
Cavill is definitely doing the comic booky look of Superman justice as far as physique goes even with the obvious padding.

Like others said, he has perfect temperature regulation and is always at a perfect temperature provided he still has superpowers coursing throughout his body. I remember Lois remarking in Superman Returns that she actually forgot how warm he was as they were hovering thousands of feet above the city, that's an example of that regulation.

Just helps to raise awareness and funds for the disease. Similar to wearing pink for breast cancer.
