samsung s4 workshop or local help

my s4 has been doing some weird things like deleting folders - based on various sites it could be caused by a downloaded app or a virus. Another question is how can I download my audible books to just the cloud instead of to my device - currently it downloads to both - which eats up my device memory.

my carrier is Verizon can I bring it to a local store and get a little assistance?
