So you picked another TE to be your flex? I don't like it at all.
Posted on 8/27/14 at 1:55 pm to Duckman13
if davis puts up numbers close to last year he's better than a lot of other options

lynch is always solid

Subpar QB
Terrible RBs
Subpar WRs
Good TE
Awful FLEX
Risky DEF
Decent K
God-awful draft IMO

Your first mistake.
Your second.
You already had Jimmy Graham. There was no point in taking Davis. What makes it worse is that it's in the 4th in a 10 team league. Ridley is one in a trio of backs the Pats will cycle out... if he even has a job being so fumble prone.
Now I own Ray Rice. I drafted him higher than his ADP but I knew the risk and have a backup plan(I'm a RB hoarder). He may come back to a full time share leaving you one guarantee option in once again, a 10 team league. Ingram is a solid RB4 that's also in a trio timeshare.
While I like both Brown and Jackson, it's a 10 team league and none of these guys caught 10 touchdowns last season. I would have thought you'd at least try to secure one double digit touchdown scorer in a 10 team league. Sure Jimmy Graham is going to score a lot and it'll balance out, but in doing so, you already lose your advantage by taking him in the first round.
You're not going to finish last. Hell, you may even make the playoffs. With that said, you just took so many unnecessary risk for a 10 team league.

I don't like it man. You really blew it by drafting Vernon Davis and Jimmy Graham.
Vernon Davis has a late 5th round ADP in standard leagues -- you drafted him in the 4th, when you already had a TE.
If you really wanted Vernon Davis, you should've waited one more round -- and used your first round pick on another RB (like Montee Ball).

This is your team in a 10 team league?
I don't mean to be harsh man, but I have a team in a 14 team league better than this.

not quite sure I agree with the 10 td theory
Demaryius Thomas, Den WR 92 1430 14
Dez Bryant, Dal WR 93 1233 13
Brandon Marshall, Chi WR 100 1295 12
Calvin Johnson, Det WR 84 1492 12
Eric Decker, NYJ WR 87 1288 11
A.J. Green, Cin WR 98 1426 11
Larry Fitzgerald, Ari WR 82 954 10
Jerricho Cotchery, Car WR 46 602 10
Wes Welker, Den WR Q 73 778 10
Marvin Jones*, Cin WR 51 712 10
those are the WR from last year that scored 10 + Tds.
Decker will not get close to numbers
cotchery will not repeat that
marvin jones will not repeat
Welker has to stay healthy and he was picked right before I would have picked got R Wayne.

For a 10 team draft... You are really stretching for a lot of good things to happen IMO.
