Anyone ever do/are in a dynasty league?

My main group is changing from a redraft league and going to a full blown dynasty league. We have had the same people for 5 years now so figured why not.
It's a standard scoring league and we start 3WR.
So coming up on Saturday morning is our startup draft. What should my approach be in doing this? I read where the younger WRs (Green and Dez) should be early first round people. I also read that you should plan for 2-3 years out. And when do you snag say a Mike Evans or another rookie wr that may be a stud in 2 to 3 years?
