Jermain Taylor Charged w/ Shooting Cousin. UPDATED

Overnight Update. Taylor has been charged with first degree domestic battery and aggravated assault. The shooting victim is actually his cousin and not an intruder. Taylor is being held w/I bail.

I've had a random drunk intruder enter my house in the late hours of the night and crash on my living room couch, didn't need to shoot him.. just escorted him out.. he had the wrong house 
on his way out he kept saying ahh i could have been shot

My good friend stumbled drunk into the wrong house late one night and got shot point blank with a 12 gauge straight to the leg/groin area. He had gotten drafted in the MLB just before this. His baseball career ended instantly.

I've known two people who walked into the wrong house way drunk. Both happened at townhome complexes where the houses all look the same.

Bail set at $25k. Also permitted to travel for training and competition. Doesn't sound that serious any longer, but we'll see.
