'Sons of Guns' actor arrested again. Charged with aggravated rape of 12-year-old

I remember somebody came on here saying he was a pill popping a-hole (someone venting), so I guess this doesnt shock me, but damn that is fricked up if true.

I'm curious if these charges relate to the same juvenile he was previously arrested for, or if this was a separate incident/ family. If its 2 unique situations then that's pretty damming.
