I can see the reasoning. A good 3rd down and 1 successful back gets a full 1 point instead of 0 or 0.1-0.2 points.

It's going to prop up full time backs and also grinders/specialists. I see this helping on the high end AP/Lacy types, medium the Gerhart types and low end the Hill/BJGE types.

Good point. My only thing is you can project receptions. We know Charles, Forte, Gio, Ellington are going to catch a lot of passes and get bumps because of it. There's no real way to draft a player over another because you feel he may get more first down runs. I understand It helps the plodders like a Lacy, Morris, and Jeremy Hill too, just seems a little more random.

What's the overall scoring, that ridiculous. Commish shouldn't be compensating for WR PPR with those numbers.

Charles being the #1 OA last year in scoring is fine, but...

I've heard of this, last season LeSean McCoy led the league followed by Matt Forte and Jamaal Charles.
