a. U.S. corporations should be allowed to avoid taxation.

b. U.S. corporations are not being patriotic and should be punished.

asurob1, I don't think you understand what patriotism is. Patriotism is NOT love of one's government, it is love of one's country and national community.

It is absolutely imperative that you understand that government and country are different, just like food stamps are different than a church running a soup kitchen.

That is meaningless.
My reform would be Flat Tax or Fair Tax.
What's yours?

fair tax, flat tax or changes to the current income tax structure would be fine with me.

if i were to change the current income tax structure, I would...
* Remove all deductions (and credits) except for a flat deduction for each person in a house hold
* Level the tax rates between income, dividends and capital gains
* eliminate corporate income tax

What is corporate speech? Do you want to remove Union speech? Do you want to remove all speech?

What is corporate speech?

Let's go with, "The independent use of corporate treasury funds to support or oppose any candidate running for public office."

Were you talking about Unions in the OP?

Why does that matter? It's called 'a response.'

Yep. Leftists have always been for censorship. Nazis, Communists, all totalitarians. Thanks for demonstrating it.
