Long route with no traffic: take the road by Snow's (LA 74) to Highway 30 and ride in from there. If the traffic on lee @ nicholson is bad, detour on Gardere Lane to Burbank and ride in that way.

Short(er) route with some traffic: Take Airline to Highland Road and make a left onto Burbank, taking Burbank the rest of the way into campus. This route can be really fast, but problematic if you're driving at the same time as school bus traffic.

Were you 8 years old when you registered?

Study, and do the small things. You'll get there and make us proud.

No worries, I graduated at 28. But hey it was free, thanks to the GI Bill and Army college fund. Older students are usually more disciplined and determined than our younger classmates. Don't forget this: success in college is mostly about perseverance.
Best of luck to you in your scholarly pursuit, sir.
