New Toy Purchased Over the Weekend...

Wanted a polymer .45 and had some extra cash. Hello Mr. Ruger!
Put about 150 down the pipe today. Super smooth action, great factory trigger, great trigger reset, very easy to rack, slim grip, and very soft recoil.
The downsides: the mag disconnect safety (already removed) and the sights (plan to buy new ones later).
But I don't expect this thing to be anything short of great quality from Ruger that I've come to know.

Yea Carson. Ruff is a pretty straight dude. He was showing me all the new stuff when I was filling out the form. Checked out a Sig P320 for the first time. Not stoked about it but it's interesting nonetheless.
And Bowie's is stacked on Daniel Defense rifles right now.

Maybe he just takes a bit to warm up to you. He recognizes me from a few visits and shoots the shite with me. I'm sure just like any gun store, he sees his fair share of dumbasses.

The SR9 shoots really well also.
I like the stock sights thought. I get a good clear sight pitcture it seems with all the rugers ive shot

I find the rear aperture is too small, the top of the sights are rounded when they should be flat, and the two rear dots are way too small.
But a set of Trijicon HD night sights should fix that issue...
