What would you invite a neighbor to do to hang out that doesn't involve alcohol?

I met my neighbor today. She saw randy walking Otis and made him introduce himself to her son who's his age. She saw us leaving earlier and introduced herself and brought it up. I've never even seen her before today
I assume she's a single mom. I need to make more friends obviously. Normally, I'd ask her if she wanted to come over and drink some wine or something. But now that I'm not drinking, what would I say? Hey, wanna come watch golden girls?
