Any Northshore OTers live in Bedico?

Bedico = Tangipahoa. Not North Shore.

So, by your logic if one was to drive 10 more feet into St. Tammany they would be on the "Northshore" but because it's Tangipahoa they are not on the Northshore?

Yea, pretty sure its Tangi. We were looking at a new house over in that area until we found out it was Tangi and not St Tammany

My driveway literally ends at the parish line. The exact same house across from me was 20k more brand new four years ago only because it is in St Tammany Parish. We are about to put this one on the market and probably buy in Bedico Creek. I will make you a slamming deal on it if you are looking at the area.

So the home is in Madisonville/St. Tammany but your school zone is Ponchatoula/Tangipahoa?
How does that even work in terms of taxes? You live in and pay taxes for St. Tammany, but your kid would go to school in another parish?

Its nice and quiet. Close enough to Mandeville/Covington that trips dont take to long. Im by the parish line.
Not to much here though. Dollar General, tire shop, 2 gas stations.
Some trash around, neighbors house was broken in and I think some people had their cars broken into. TPSO caught the guy though.
Lots of young people out here.

Bedico Creek is St Tammany Parish. We are looking at having one built there and have met with the realtor already.

I think you are talking about the subdivision in St Tammany not the community known as Bedico Creek in Tangipahoa.

To clarify - I was thinking about purchasing a home in the Bedico Creek collection of neighborhoods in Madisonville/St. Tammany. I was curious if any of you guys lived there and had thoughts to share.
