The Saints may reach deeper into the CrossFit world for more ideas to implement in their program. The team has reportedly been working with Dr. Kelly Starrett, author of Becoming a Supple Leopard, co-owner of San Francisco CrossFit and a Subject Matter Expert for CrossFit Inc., to improve the team’s movement and mobility work.

The answer to your question is that they don't want to destroy their bodies.

What the hell are you bitching about?
Either way, a crossfit thread on the O-T is like a magnet for dumb asses. Have fun.

And what do you think would happen to crossfiters if they tried to play in the nfl?

I don't think they will be doing full on crossfit. Probably just a few excuses from the program.

They play real sports, not trying to be the best at exercising.

It's a great book to read for any type of athlete. You don't have to do Crossfit to benefit from it. He goes over various stretches that can be done pre and post workout. By doing some of the mobility stretches I have been able to recover a lot faster from my workouts.

Crossfit is a great workout when done with proper form. The problem is a good number of people who do it have terrible form and aren't taught form. That's where the injuries come in

And I'm in no way pro crossfit
