I used to have my sig hosted with imageshack, which seems to have crapped out...
I am trying to host with photobucket and not having much luck in uploading. I have set up an account and reached what looks like an upload page...
the sig is on my hard drive....how do you browse your hard drive to select a picture to upload?

the easiest thing to do is just host it from a private album on facebook.
