i can smoke on my primo tomorrow for my fantasy draft? I'll have about 1h of prep time and 5h of smoking/cooking time.
What's some good recipes?
(also willing to try multiple things if it fits into that schedule...)

Filet open a pork tenderloin until it lays flat. Stuff with your favorite fresh sausage (I use Rouse's jalapeño sausage). Roll it back up, wrap with applewood smoked bacon.

I grilled elk backstrap with hatch green chilies, wrapped in bacon the other night. It was incredible.
You probably can't get elk but you should definitely try to incorporate hatch green chilies.

so I went with a pork loin stuffed with rouses Cajun sausage and cream cheese wrapped in bacon fabric... pics to come
