Which RB would you draft in a keeper league?

Taking over a dynasty league team and the RB situation is bad, as in non existant.
Who would you pick first? .5 PPR 12 team league.

What is the rest of the team like? I would consider going WR over any of those and rolling with the two RB's you have and try to get betetr value later.
