found German Shepherd in BR

A really friendly German Shepherd followed me home this morning while I was walking my dog. This was on Capital Heights. He has a collar but no tags. Let me know if you or anyone might be looking for this dog. It seems like someone would be. He seems really sweet.

Saw this posted on nextdoor. I assume you posted it. There was a post yesterday on there about the same dog. He is always out roaming the neighborhood. No clue where he lives though.

I had a big male German Shepherd growing up that would get loose all of the time and roam the neighborhood. He would jump over our 6ft fence so easily... so we chained him up to our basketball pole which was secured in concrete and he tore it out of the ground. My parents were like WTF?? Its amazing what those dogs are capable of.

I just looked on this but didn't see it posted in the neighborhoods I am linked to. What neighborhood did it originate from?

Thanks - it turns out a friend of mine is the administrator of that site, so she touched base with me.
It also turns out that a neighbor is in the business of German Shepherd rescue, so looks like things should work out.
