Started feeding in prep for bow opener after not feeding for a few years. Was pleasantly surprised 50# corn was 7$ and 50# bran was also 7$. Seems like when I quit feeding corn was 9-10$ and bran was 11$.

O'neals in Ruston had both for around $6.50 per 50 pounds. Corn was $5.85/pound if you bought a pallet.

Corn is like $3.50/bushel nowadays, and I doubt it's going back up. So it should get cheaper than $7 really.

It's how I pronounce what I am typing. I read "$" as dollar(s)

You wouldn't say " A dollar3 whore sucks harder then a dollar20 whore because she is working on volume"

But you do say " A 3dollar whore sucks harder then a 20dollar whore"

Didn't realize what a bumper crop farmers are having. Was thinking of buying a season's worth of feed thinking the prices might go up but sounds like if anything they will go down.

Just walked past Dicks Sporting Goods and they had 40# bags on the sidewalk for $5.50. Best price I have seen in North Bama

I figured as cheap as corn is I set my feeder to run for 18 seconds. Guess I'll see if it's all getting eaten when I go back in a week...might have to turn it down.
