I have a Toro Timecutter 32" on its third season. I have had to replace the fuel pump already. Go look at a Gravely.

Snapper makes a nice looking machine and I've heard nothing but good.

Gravely

We just outright abused a residential gravely for almost 7 years. 3 of those years it was cutting 5+ yards a week during the peak season. It's still going today but has a lot lower workload and is starting to break down, but we got our monies worth out of it. Bought a new gravely in the spring and its cutting 2-3 yards a week right now. Highly recommend gravely.

36" Raptor came out about a month ago, and may not be stocked at every dealership

I've had a 42" Toro for 3 years. No complaints. 22 horse Kawasaki twin engine. Use it to cut 2 one acre yards plus a couple acres of "buffer" zone. Beau coup thick pensacola bahai grass. Loads into the back of the picking up truck. No trailer to deal with.

I've got a 42" Toro w/ 23 Kawasaki. No real complaints. I wish the back tires were a little wider. The skinny tires tend to tear up some grass when it's wet. If it's just for residential use, don't waste the money on a steel deck. A stamped deck will do just fine.

Try Neil's small engines in Houma, they had them for $2,300 with no interest for 3 years when I got mine.
