I have a friend here that never tucks in his shirt and always complains about getting passed over.

I work with a mixture of people from IT and Healthcare backgrounds. You can pretty much tell who came from IT and who came from Healthcare by how they dress.

People in my office think casual Friday is license to look like a fricking hobo. Tuck in your shirt... five days a week.
