From the 100.7 The Viper facebook page-

quote:

Remember, you saw it and heard it here first. We have heard (from a VERY connected national media source) that Ferguson officer Darren Wilson will be cleared in the shooting of Michael Brown. The key: Dorian Johnson has now admitted that Michael Brown attacked Officer Wilson and attempted to take his gun. OFFICER WILSON WILL NOT BE CHARGED! This is scary. When this news is made official, we all have reason to be concerned about the reaction.

Discussed last night in the big thread... Pretty sure its bs for 2 reasons

quote:

Why wouldn't this media source out this on their own in order to get the credit? A media outlet got the story from another media outlet, who we have no fricking clue where they got if from

quote:

Darren Wilson will be cleared in the shooting of Michael Brow

There is no way to know whether he will or won't... Making a statement as fact is stupid.

If this turns out to be true then the a-hole should go to jail for a long time.

Per wiki-

quote:

KFNS-FM (100.7 FM, "The Viper") is a radio station broadcasting an active rock format. Licensed to Troy, Missouri, USA, the station serves the St. Louis Metropolitan area. The station is currently owned by Westplex Broadcasting, LLC.[1]

It's basically on par with Eagle 98.1 in Baton Rouge. Not exactly a news outlet but certainly would have contacts within the news community by being part of a broadcasting group.

This will make LA look like a choirboy rally if true.

Oh yeah, prison for 20 years or a week at a Klan camp( he will know what true racism is then).

Even if true the narrative has already been etched in stone... we will still hear about how Johnson was bought off and how Brown was still killed execution style with his hands up, riots will continue, nothing will change

You could have video of this confrontation or the Zimmerman shooting that showed the officer/Zimmerman in the right and they would say it was a doctored video

I don't doubt the guy lied... He failed to mention the robbery just before and parts of his story have fallen apart. Plus, I believe someone posted on the OT that he has previously been charged with making false statements to police

But having said that, I don't know if he would recant his testimony at this point. Unless the DA confronted him with all the other witness statements and asked if he was sure he wanted his statement to be official.

I've said all along that you shouldn't assume the what Johnson has been saying to the media is the same thing that he said when he was cross-examined by the cops and the FBI.

definitely. And honestly, the kid is all lawyered up at this point. he will not see a day of jail due to his statements.

They are going to need him at a trial, and there will be a trial.

When little thug was told he was:

1. Facing time for strong armed robbery.

2. Facing a charge of perjury for saying that Brown was shot in the back, execution style.

3. And told that his B.S. narrative was/is responsible for his hometown going up in flames and for out of state thugs coming in and destroying his hometown.

He had to face the music, when told you must tell the whole truth (maybe a hometown preacher coaxed the truth out of him) and nothing but the truth, and if you do, we will not charge you with any crimes, and your hometown will be spared.

That is of course assuming this is true.

I think we all know this guy lied, he was caught up in the moment and his lie to neighborhood friends went national, something he never envisioned.

I think we all know what happened here, this guy went off on a cop, tried to get his gun and said cop tried to wing the the big thug in the arm 4 times before reluctantly using a head shot when this big guy who already tried to take his gun got close.

In all reality it takes a dumbazz to believe this cop gunned down a kid for zero reason.

The problem is - all these conflicting statements and his relative lack of articulation make him worthless in such a case.

It will make them look terrible if they are resting their case, primarily, on his testimony (remember the state's witnesses in the Zimmerman trial?)

No thinking person believes that the cop was riding down the street, saw Brown, and then got out of his car and started firing. But also, no thinking believes that Brown saw the cop, and just ran over to his car and attacked him through the window. Somehow things escalated. How they escalated is the question.

The store video proves Brown had a problem with being questioned/called out. Given this it would be easy to assume he got pissed (knowing he had just committed a felony) when the cop told him to get his big arse out of the street.

Exactly

If he really was an angry racist cop who just wanted to kill a black person for the hell of it there would have been a better way to do it

This station is the same station that broke the autopsy report Saturday so I think they have some cred.
