Usain Bolt
Any Olympic or IAAF 100 is must watch for me, but Carl Lewis was just so dominating from 60 on, as he closed so well.

When Steph Curry heats up at Oracle, I'm stopping whatever I'm doing to watch.
Usain Bolt is a must-see. Messi and Ronaldo.
The Honey Badger was the most fun I've ever had watching college football, and I still watch him any chance I get.
Cam at Auburn, Manziel at A&M.
Durant/Westbrook are awesome, but I'm a basketball junkie and I don't miss many of the marquee teams regardless.

I forgot to list the Admiral also. I can not believe I did not list him originally.

I'll throw in Michael Phelps. I was scheduling my days around his races in the 2008 Beijing games.

Jordan tops the list for me. Tiger as well. Fournette most likely soon.

Jordan...easily at the time. He was like no athlete we had ever seen.
We got a satellite dish - the old big ones...just to get his games.
I was still a huge Magic fan...but the Jordan phenomenon - just as a freak player was far bigger than LeBron today - in the 1986-1990 (even before Jordan won anything.)
Everyone talked about Jordan at school.
Jordan was cool - could score at will - and the dunk king...and that mattered in the 1980's.
Magic and Larry and the Pistons were still winning everything...but everyone wanted to watch Jordan. Who is this guy? He was mythological.
Bo Jackson with the Raiders is up there too. You had to tune in when he played.
College football - it was Charles Woodsen/Reggie Bush/Barry Sanders...
Those are the top 3 guys I remember the last 30 years that people went out of their way to tune in to their games...just to see what he is going to do next.
ETA: And Chris Jackson/Hank Gathers/Carmelo Anthony in college basketball.
