Sammy Watkins

bit of a risky play, but his ADP is 8th round in 12 team leagues. I think that's fair for his potential, he's not really being reached for ahead of proven, more viable options. Also, historically, WRs that had good rookie seasons were those that were immediate starters and high targets (Julio, Green, Allen). I think Watkins fits the bill. Yeah the Bills have Woods and Goodwin, but Sammy is clearly better than them and instantly becomes EJ's number one target the moment he steps on the field. There is your problem though-Watkins has EJ Manuel throwing him the rock, the others i listed had above average QB play to help them.

\With that said, players going after him I'd rather have (assuming this isn't a keeper/dynasty league):

Decker
Benjamin
Randle
Hopkins

Cooks is the best bet rookie receiver because of brees. I'd keep an eye on Evans for redzone targets.
