I'm half native American, the name really doesn't bother me. I think it's a bit over dramatic to not call the team what the teams name is.
Doesn't hurt my feelings or rub me the wrong way. And ever other native I've talked to doesn't give a damn either.
And it doesn't sound as bad as like, the New York Kikes or Jacksonville Jiggaboos so, I wish non natives would find a more appropriate injustice to rally for.

This is bullshite, they called the the Redskins last year. What has changed besides the pc police? I am one eighth Indian and the name doesn't offend me.
