Trying to file and track an insurance claim on one of my phones through AT&T and am having to use this site.
What a horrible PoS it is. I can't even get through anything without the site freezing on me.
Has anyone used this site successfully?

I finally got it to go through on my tablet but now I can't check the status to be sure that a new phone is coming.
It's so horrible there is no way they haven't gotten a million complaints about it.
Of course they might not want you to actually complete the claim hence such a shitty site.
