Obama: "I can't comment on it because it's an active trial"

That was Obama during the Gosnell trial. However, he's commented on at least four ongoing investigations/trials:
1. Henry Gates
2. Tsarnaev (excusable due to terror)
3. Trayvon
4. Ferguson
Why doesn't the media hammer him on this? Why don't politicians hammer him on this?

So he comments on ongoing investigations and you think he shouldn't. Then he declines to comment b/c of an ongoing investigation and you complain b/c he's inconsistent.

IDGAF if he comments or not. I dislike liars and I dislike cowards. My OP shows Obama to be both. Do you disagree?

For someone to claim to be so religious, your posting reflects otherwise.
Obama "commented" on Gosnell as much as he commented on the other cases you cited. He said:

That comment on something related but not actually the trial is the same as "the police acted stupidly" or "if I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon"?

It's easy to play on the emotions of the intellectually lazy. Democrats appeal to emotion and it works very well.
And once enough people are convinced that the only reason they care at all is because they are just so mean,crazy,racist,bigoted,sexist,greedy,and hateful then any reported "wrong doing" can simply be disregarded.

It was embarrassing for bush to inject himself into a local matter like Terri Schiavo and it's embarrassing for Obama to inject himself in matters that's the responsibility of the state gov't.
