A few months ago me and a buddy were looking at a house to buy and flip in Lafayette. Our agent came out and had a guy with her that was being trained. It was Poo Poo Broussard

I waited on him quite a bit while I was in college. He tried to be arrogant and would act like he was a superstar in the making. After getting shot down a few times I didn't see him come back for more. He's not a good tipper at all either.
