What is it with black America?

young blacks get gunned down by each other everyday and no one bats an eye. the moment they get gunned down by an "outsider" the white man, people who are just as likely to kill each other, end up banding together to fight against the evil white man.
people are actually justifying looting by saying it's honoring this kids memory. what's funny is that obviously no one gave a shite about this kid before he was killed. he was out there stealing shite most likely out of necessity and instead of his community helping him, they ignored him and saw him as "just another n-word." if he was killed by a black guy, his name is never known to them.
instead he's become a martyr when in reality, if it was someone else who got killed, this kid would have likely been one of the looters. he isn't a saint, he's a robber his community gave 0 shits about until he had a run in with a cop. why is it so hard for facts to get out to the community before they decide to gang up against the white man?
TL;DR: why does black America instinctively have an "us against the world" mentality even when it isn't appropriate?

this looting and rioting isn't even about Michael Brown.

Take a look at the prison stats, arrest records, and police strategies over the last forty years. It's not hard for any grown adult to understand this schism.
