It's simply ignorance of how life works in general. They look at the world as "us and them", with "them" not being very well defined. "They" could be the police, white people, the gov't as a whole (except Obama of course), corporations, etc. The looting is a prime example. Why destroy people in your community's livelihood for something the police did? They have no clue why, it's just us vs. them.

Whenever an opportunity arises to be the victim they take full advantage. And when I say "they" I mean certain members of the black community.

I think I'm finally getting what you tea partiers are saying.

I am like, why do you allow your son to look like that and be perceived as such? makes no sense coming from a Dad/officer that has a heart for people...embracing this part of black culture comes with consequences is all I am going to say.
