I don't think i'm capable of watching another movie unless it's Imax

Last two i've seen were $14 per person.
Totally worth it. If they offered premier movies at $5 a pop I still wouldn't be satisfied knowing how much i missed with the I max experience.
The damn speakers are the size of living rooms in these little theaters.

Not just the visual quality but the audio as well. Saw GOG the other day. IMAX is the only way to go. Only $10.50!

I am going to go ahead and say it.

The biggest benefit of watching a film an IMAX is that the theater tends to be filled with people that know they paid good money for this and tend to extend that mindful behavior to other movie going patrons.

Basically poors that go to the theater seem to treat it like their living room kill the experience and I don't like it.

I'm a definite fan. I saw GOG in IMAX and was glad I spent the money. Also had prime position since I had to be there an hour early

I do have 1 complaint

Will they please go back to making IMAX and not IMAX3D (it seems like all IMAX is 3D now.)

I think 3D is a gimic, we lose picture quality, and ability to absorb all of the screen action.

A straight IMAX with incredible definition is wayyy batter than a IMAX3D or HD3D

damn, the one I go to lets you reserve the seats you want ahead of time.

its a small thing but it makes going to the theater a far more enjoyable experience

That would be my only reason for paying fro IMAX.

Had a guy this weekend screaming "frick" at the screen every time they showed gay people in the trailers. Then he laughed out loud when Stephen Hawking fell on his face in his trailer.
