Very interesting concept, and I found myself having got immersed in it. I thought Tom Hardy pulled it off extremely well. When he finally stopped his car though, I had convinced myself that he was about to make a u-turn and head back home.

I started a thread a few months back when I saw this was out in theatres, but couldn't find a theatre showing it... I didn't get much response then either. Was hoping someone else tried this movie out, given that it's got Tom Hardy in it and he carries it on his own. I thought he's gotten a lot of love on this board in the past.

Just like Bronson. He owned that one.

I tried to watch it a few weeks ago. I bailed after about 30 minutes, I wasn't feeling it.

I watched it a couple nights ago, hated it. I usually like low budget films like that but Locke was missing something. I felt like anyone could make a movie like that and not just because it consist only of a man in his car but because the writing and plot was extremely unimportant. I mean who gives a shite? Tom Hardy was good, nothing special. Coherence, which probably had about the same budget was a much better, much harder film to make. Critics have been duped by Locke in my opinion. I know this is random but it has 88% on RT, yet John Carpenters The Thing just went from 79% to 80%...that's a joke.

Just watched.

I was intrigued throughout, but not satisfied at the end. Good idea, well written, well acted, but it was missing something and I can't put a finger on it. I give it a 7/10.

It's currently on Amazon Prime instant streaming.

Really solid movie. Hardy has great acting range. The more I watch of him, the better I like him.

They need a warning on these type of films... "Man in car talking on phone the whole movie"
