Should I select a RB that produces a lot, Forte, Lacy, McCoy or get a QB like Brees , Rodgers or Rivers?

All depends on your scoring system and spot in the 1st round.

IMO, if your draft position allows and you don't have crazy bonuses for QBs, Shady/Late RD2 WR1/(Ryan/Foles/Luck) out produce Peyton/Ellington type/VJax type all day. But that's just me.
