Do we really need the term cisgender?

wtf is wrong with the tumblr idiots and feminists in this world that we need to create a word just for being a normal human being and realizing that our penis makes us a man?
for those unaware:
first off, gender identity....
second off, "gender assigned at birth." my lord. it's not like the doctor said "I PROCLAIM THIS CHILD BOY." you have a penis, you're a dude. it's basic human anatomy.
why do these trannies the feminists who prop them up like al sharpton does the black race need to create a word just so they can use normalcy as an insult?
