What are some nice neighborhoods in Pensacola?

Looking for all info actually regarding neighborhoods, private or catholic schools, etc.

Gulf Breeze and Mary Esther are nicer areas IMO.

Cordova Park and East Hill are nice areas pretty close to downtown. Episcopal Day School is a good private school downtown. Cordova Park elementary is a public school, but I hear good things about it. Gulf Breeze is nice and also has good public schools but it is across the bridge. There are several other private schools that are probably good but I don't know much about them.

That big new condo place on the beach is supposed to be nice.
