Was there someone that really said, "hey, we need another country station around here"?

Taking a page from New Orleans's book i see..what a waste. I like country, but there should be no more than one station per genre per area.

Lake Charles radio is and has always been sad.

97.9 is in DeRidder anyway so country is probably more popular up there.

Pfft, Baton Rouge has 4 or 5 country stations all grouped together in the middle of the dial. Step up your country oversaturation game, bruh.

I don't anymore but I have a few friends that do right at the bottom of the overpass on the South side. They have it listed with Robbie Ingle at Ingle Safari. Call her.

Good deal, I was looking at a lot on the north side of 190 near the Sheriff's office, just happen to see the name Stout on the Assessor's website. Thanks.

I think Cumulus media changed the format and rebranded several stations today. 99.5 in Birmingham switched to a country station this afternoon. If you look at the websites for the two they even have the same logo.

Nevermind, I just realized how old the sat pics are on the Assessors site, that whole little area has been built up.
