Kean Miller defends a lot of oil & gas companies. Huge money maker for them. I would not be comfortable with them representing any of my interests that may be against oil & gas companies at some point.

I'm impressed that you get the allusion.

If you are a landowner, I'd think you want a firm that represents landowners and not oil companies.

If you're a land owner, Id think one could find the right attourney without having to coming to the OT. I woildnt ask this place on a recommendation for toiletpaper.

The default assumption is he wants people to think he is all up in the latest hot topic. While he may very well be, he isn't really looking for advice. Just making it known.

1. What type issue? Royalty? Leasing? Unitization? Cleanup? Right of way?
2. Where in Louisiana?
3. How much land?

Recommendation would depend on answers to all of those.
