Everyone should just give up. Arsenal is already in first place and we're going to win the league.

This is the third year in a row I'm going to have to miss opening day. Unlike other years though, this year I have to go play pretend.

Publix Waffle Chicken Tender Sub and some Creole Onion Zapp's chips. Trying to put myself in a food coma so I can get up for the United match.

That's what I was leaning towards, but I don't know what any of the promoted teams did last year or this summer

ETA: I guess they got promoted last year, so I lied

I don't think Lester did anything worthwhile in the summer.

I'm not tired at all, but I want to get up early for the first game tomorrow.

This means I will need to get a bit drunk, but not too drunk because I want to wake up.

What time does the first game start?

Also, the fighting Emerson Hyndmans are playing Milwall at home, starting at 9AM CST.

Pretty pumped.

BUT

More excited to watch the Wiz take on Michael Bradley and Jermain Defoe and Toronto tomorrow night. Pivotal game in terms of the Eastern Conference standings and a loss for SKC puts the Supporters Shield in doubt. A couple of weeks ago, when they met in Toronto, Matt Besler was sent off, we completed a 2-1 comeback, and MB90 had some choice words for the referees. Hopefully this game can be just as exciting.

7:30 CST, MLS Stream of the Week

-----------------------------

In addition to that, at 1:30, Seattle and RSL play on NBCSN in a HUGE matchup. 1 and 2 in the West. RSL and SKC are level on points in the Supporters Shield race behind Seattle, and it should be a great game at the RioT.

That means you can watch Graham Zusi, Matt Besler, Michael Bradley, Kyle Beckerman, Nick Rimando, Clint Dempsey, AND DeAndre Yedlin in 2 games. All after your PL action. (Not to mention Jermain Defoe, Gilberto, Dom Dwyer, Benny Feilhaber, Aurelien Collin, Ozzie Alonso, Obafemi Martins, Javi Morales, etc.)

Wow, this was really well done by MLS.
